STRONGER NEWS - Jan 2026 - We Are 3,000 Donated Books Stronger!
It’s a new year and while the people afraid of the power of books haven’t stopped banning them (three more books were just added to Utah’s state-wide bans) we haven’t stopped fighting for the freedom to read.
It’s a new year and while the people afraid of the power of books haven’t stopped banning them (three more books were just added to Utah’s state-wide bans) we haven’t stopped fighting for the freedom to read.
In fact, we’re delighted to announce that we have raised enough money to buy and donate 3,000 additional books to offset 1,500 book challenges! (This brings our total so far to 5,000 books donated, which offsets 2,500 book challenges.)
We’ll be reaching out to donation partners and our twenty publishers later this January to make these new donations happen.
