Goals include resource sharing through WYLDCat and interlibrary loan, statewide electronic resources through the GoWYLD databases and e-content, and building local library capacity through staff development. The new plan looks forward to new opportunities including expanded topics for staff training and development, and wider marketing of electronic resources to increase use.
