Study Booth for private meetings, teleconferencing
The Pinedale Public Library is providing access to study booths.
In an effort to serve the changing needs of our community, the Pinedale Library now has a Study Booth, a stand-alone encapsulated room to serve as a private, WiFi-enabled meeting space for up to 4 people.
The Study Booth features a table with seating, outlets, USB ports, and wireless charging for your devices. It also features soundproofing with up to 27 decibels of noise reduction and quiet ventilation— silent fans in the roof and air inlets behind the seats keep the air inside fresh at all times. The Study Booth is perfect for:
• Private telemedicine appointments
• Online job interviews
• Signing of contracts or test-taking
• Private in-person conversations
• Isolated study or remote work space
Located in the main library's back corner near the couch and periodicals area, the Study Booth may be used by adults age 18 and up. You may bring your own laptop for internet conferencing or we can provide one for you. You must have your own conferencing software such as Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.
Reserve the Study Booth using our online reservation system.
