Sublette County Libraries are the recipients of Wyoming Humanities American Rescue Plan Act Grants
Sublette County Libraries received the Wyoming Humanities American Rescue Plan (ARP) General Operating Support Grant.
We are pleased to announce that the Sublette County Libraries are recipients of a Wyoming Humanities American Rescue Plan (ARP) General Operating Support Grant.
Additionally, a Wyoming Humanities American Rescue Plan (ARP) Programming Support Grant and Recovery Grant have been awarded to the Sublette County Library Foundation.
The goal of Wyoming Humanities’ grants is to support public programs that use the humanities to explore the state’s histories, stories, issues, and connections between groups and communities. The General Operating support grant will provide operational and salary support to the Libraries as we continue to expand services to our Sublette County community, while the Programming Support and Recovery Support grants will fund the Libraries' humanities-based programs and recovery from the coronavirus pandemic, specifically by supporting our Summer Reading Programs at the Pinedale and Big Piney libraries.
Wyoming Humanities ARP Grants are made possible through the support of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The Libraries are grateful for these opportunities to enhance our services to Sublette County — stay tuned for exciting developments in the coming months!
